§ 51.004 PERMIT REQUIRED TO MAKE CONNECTIONS TO OR USE PUBLIC SEWERS OR STORM DRAINS; APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sanitary, combined or storm sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the town. It shall be unlawful for any person to tap or connect with any sewer in the town or any sewer hereafter constructed in the town without first procuring from the town a permit so to do and paying the applicable permit and inspection fee or tap fee as prescribed in this chapter. The owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the town. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Inspector. A permit and inspection fee or tap charge in the amount prescribed by § 51.086 (as applicable) shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time the application is filed.
