Only materials designated on a recycling bin or a particular compartment of the recycling bin may be deposited in that bin or particular compartment. Any individual or entity who places or deposits solid or liquid materials or matter, other than that material or matter designated for that particular bin or compartment, is in violation of this subchapter and shall be fined the sum determined by § 10.99.
