(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 53.01 through 53.10 of this chapter shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person, who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B)(1) above, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.98 each violation. Each day in which any violation occurs shall be deemed as a separate offense.
