§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who shall fail to comply with any order made under the provisions of § 130.01 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 10.98.

   (C)   Any violation of any provision of § 130.02 of this chapter shall be considered a misdemeanor.

   (D)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the City Council, by and through the city’s Police Department, to enforce the provisions of §§ 130.03 and 130.04 of this chapter and the City Council may, by resolution, delegate to such other officers or agencies power to enforce particular provisions of §§ 130.03 and 130.04 of this chapter.

      (2)   Any person who shall fail to comply with any order made under the provisions of §§ 130.03 and 130.04 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fineas set forth in § 10.98.
