(A) Any person who parks or stores a junk vehicle within city limits in violation hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment in the county jail or both.
(B) Any person who abandons a motor vehicle on any public or private property, without the consent of the person in control of the property, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment in the county jail or both.
