§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall cause or create a nuisance or permit a nuisance to be created or placed upon, or to remain upon any premises owned or occupied by him of her, and any person who shall fail to comply with any order made under the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.07 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
   (C)   Any person who maintains a nuisance in violation of §§ 94.21 of this chapter and any person who interferes with a city employee or other authorized person in the performance of any current service under §§ 94.20 through 94.28 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, but a prosecution shall be brought for the violation only on the direction of the Council. If convicted of the violation, the person shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment, and the costs of prosecution in either case may be added.
   (D)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 94.40 through 94.43 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both, together with the costs of prosecution in either case.
