§ 94.40 PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR.

Whoever, by his or her act or failure to perform a legal duty intentionally, does any of the following is guilty of a misdemeanor: brings, deposits or leaves, within the city, any unwholesome substance or deposits solid waste within the city, not otherwise authorized by law.
