When the city removes or eliminates public health or safety hazards from private property under §§ 94.40 through 94.43 of this chapter and Ch. 95 of this code of ordinances, the administrative officer responsible for doing the work shall keep a record of the cost of the removal or elimination against each parcel of property affected and annually deliver the information to the City Administrator. This section does not apply to hazardous buildings under the Hazardous Building Law, M.S. §§ 463.15 to 463.26, as they may be amended from time to time.
