§ 90.05 NON-CONFORMING USES.
   (A)   The lawful use of any solid fuel-fired heating device existing at the time of the effective date of this subchapter may be continued.
   (B)   No pre-existing, legal non-conforming solid fuel-fired heating device shall hereafter be extended, enlarged or expanded.
   (C)   No pre-existing, legal non-conforming solid fuel-fired heating device shall create any nuisance as described by §§ 94.01 through 94.07 of this code of ordinances, as may be amended.
