It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any snowmobile or ATV within the limits of the city:
(A) While under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. A person in control of operating a snowmobile or ATV under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance is governed by the prohibitions and chemical testing requirements of M.S. Ch. 84, as it may be amended from time to time, and is punishable in accordance with that chapter;
(B) At a rate of speed greater than reasonable or proper under all the given surrounding circumstances;
(C) In a careless, reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the person or property of another or to cause injury or damage thereto;
(D) Without a lighted head and taillight when required for safety; or
(E) In any tree nursery or planting in a manner which damages or destroys growing stock.
