§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Every person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 71.01 through 71.16 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Violation of any provision of §§ 71.30 through 71.36 of this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor according to § 10.99 of this code.
