§ 71.02 ATVS; GENERAL RESTRICTIONS.
   Except as specifically permitted and authorized in this subchapter, it is unlawful for any person to operate an ATV within the limits of the city on the right-of-way of any public highway, street, road, trail or alley used for motor vehicle travel.
