§ 33.05 EXTENDED SICK LEAVE WITH PAY; LIMITATIONS.
   Extended sick leave may be granted to an employee for a period of up to 180 calendar days starting the first day of continuous illness, at full pay (except as limited by § 33.06 of this chapter) in the case of illness or injury to the employee which results in the employee’s inability to fulfill his or her duty. Compensation under this section is allowable only once in any 12-month period. Any variance from the above will be at the discretion of the Town Council.
