(A) Except as provided in the following, no person shall be permitted to park or occupy any mobile home on any premises in any district outside of an approved mobile home park or mobile home subdivision. No more than one mobile home may be located on any one mobile home space or lot. In any mobile home park or subdivision, the wheels of any mobile home shall not be permitted to be removed except for repairs, nor shall any mobile home be permitted to be otherwise permanently fixed to the ground in the manner that would prevent its removal.
(B) However, this section does not prohibit, nor restrict, the following:
(1) Emergency or temporary stopping of a mobile home shall be allowed on any street, alley or highway for not longer than two hours subject to any other further prohibitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic regulations or laws for such street, alley or highway;
(2) A mobile home may be temporarily located and used as a site office at a construction site; provided that, it is not used for residential purposes and is promptly removed when construction is completed; and
(3) Unoccupied mobile homes may be stored on any premises in a garage, barn or other enclosed structure or area out of public view, or may be kept and displayed on the show lot of a business engaged in the sale of mobile homes.
