Any person who violates a provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any requirements thereof, or who shall build, reconstruct or structurally alter any building or mobile home in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted and approved thereunder shall, for each and every violation or non-compliance, be fined in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time and each day that such violation or non-compliance is permitted to continue shall be a separate offense.
