Any person using a firearm, air gun or archery weapon as authorized under §§ 131.05 or 131.06 of this chapter shall, at all times, exercise common and reasonable prudence. If any police officer finds that such person is not, in the opinion of the officer, exercising such prudence so as to avoid endangering other persons or property, the officer may order the person to immediately discontinue such activity, irrespective of any authorization under §§ 131.05 or 131.06 of this chapter.
