§ 131.06 PERMITTED USE OF FIREARMS ON AUTHORIZED FIREARMS RANGES.
   (A)   A person may, with the approval and written consent of the Town Council, establish, maintain and operate a private or public firearms range.
   (B)   Firearms of a type authorized by the Town Council, and subject to any further restrictions and regulations which the Town Council may impose, may be used on such authorized range for purposed of target practice, firearms training or sport competition. In considering an application, the Town Council shall take account of physical location and layout, safeguards to protect neighboring properties or other persons on the same premises, and the potential for noise and disturbance annoying to adjoining properties. The permit shall be revocable at the discretion of the Town Council.
