Any person who engages in soliciting or canvassing without a license, as required by § 111.02 of this chapter, or in violation of regulations set forth in § 111.09 of this chapter shall be liable to a fine in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time and each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense.
