5.60.470   Civil Fines.
   A.   Any person convicted of an infraction, for each separate violation of Sections 5.60.030A., B., or C., 5.60.050A., 5.60.180, 5.60.210, 5.60.220, 5.60.230, 5.60.240, 5.60.250, 5.60.260, 5.60.270, 5.60.280, 5.60.290, 5.60.300, 5.60.310, 5.60.320, 5.60.330, 5.60.340, 5.60.350, 5.60.360 of this Chapter, shall be subject to: (1) a fine in an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a first conviction of an offense; (2) a fine in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a second conviction of the same offense within a twelve (12) month period from the date of the first offense; and (3) a fine in an amount not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a third conviction of the same offense within a twelve (12) month period from the date of the first offense.
   B.   The fine for a fourth and subsequent convictions of the same offense within a twelve (12) month period of the date from the first offense shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
