5.60.290   Massage Therapy Establishments; Hours of Operation.
   A.   Massage therapy establishments are prohibited from operating between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
   B.   Permittees shall be prohibited from permitting clients to remain on the premises of the massage establishment after closing hours.
