5.60.450 Public Nuisance.

Any violation of Sections 5.60.030A., B., or C., 5.60.050A., 5.60.180, 5.60.210, 5.60.220, 5.60.230, 5.60.240, 5.60.250, 5.60.260, 5.60.270, 5.60.280, 5.60.290, 5.60.300, 5.60.310, 5.60.320, 5.60.330, 5.60.340, 5.60.350, 5.60.360 of this Chapter by any person responsible for committing, causing or maintaining such violation shall constitute a public nuisance which shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 8.25 of the Municipal Code.
