Any person or organization, which shall violate any provision of this Title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
