“Yard Sale” or “Garage Sale,” for the purposes of this Chapter should mean any event, which is advertised by any means whatsoever as a place or location to which members of the public may come and purchase identifiable or tangible personal property; provided, however, it shall not mean any such event which constitutes a sales activity, wholesale or retail, by any business, which has a current business license issued by the City.
