The Commission shall elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman from its members.
A. The Planning Commission shall annually at its first meeting held after February 1, choose one (1) of its members as Chairman and one (1) as Vice Chairman. Vacancy in either such position occurring prior to February 1 may be filled as in the first instance, and a new Chairman or Vice Chairman may be chosen at any time by majority vote of all members of the Commission.
B. At such time as the City Council may assume the duties of the Planning Commission, the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem shall serve as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commission.
