The proceedings of the planning conference shall be informal and no records need to be kept. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to determine the areas of agreement among the conferees and the problems which must be explored further through individual conferences with departments charged with administering the provision of utilities, streets, drainage and other public facilities. During the conference the general features to be required in the subdivision will be determined. All agreements arrived at by the conferees shall be subject to ratification by the Planning Commission as a whole.
