§ 90.04 SHELTER, FOOD, LICENSE, AND IMMUNIZATIONS.
   Anyone residing within the county who owns or harbors an animal shall shelter, feed, license, and immunize such animal in a manner sufficient in nature so as to comply with the laws of the state and so as to avoid committing a criminal offense under I.C. 35-46-3-1 et seq.
