A. The standards in this article shall apply to all projects requiring master site plan review unless otherwise exempt under subsection B of this section.
B. All principally permitted and accessory uses in the rural base districts as listed in table 8-2A-1 of this title shall be exempt from the regulations of this article. Requirements of this article may be waived or modified by the commission for conditional uses in the rural base district as listed in table 8-2A-1 of this title. (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000; amd.
