8-2-8: TAMPERING WITH, DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS PROHIBITED:
No person shall wilfully or maliciously break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage treatment works or sewage system. Any person charged with the violation of this section shall be subject to prosecution pursuant to section 8-1-10 of this title. (2006 Code § 7-2-12; amd. 2016 Code)
