7-2-8: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, and each day during which any of such violations shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense. This penalty is in addition to that provided in subsection 7-2-6G of this chapter. (2006 Code § 8-4-10; amd. 2016 Code)
