A. Permit And Compliance Required: No person shall construct, reconstruct, repair or remove any sidewalk or any structure of any nature lying within the limits of any street or alley right of way, or any curb, gutter, driveway, or structure for regulating, governing, or facilitating the flow of water except in accordance with the line, grade, and specifications established or approved by the city engineer, and after having obtained a permit.
B. Sidewalk Specifications: All public sidewalks shall be constructed on lines, grades, and specifications established or approved by the city engineer.
C. Responsibility For Curbs And Gutters: All curb and gutter construction for any new driveway entrance shall be the responsibility of the property owner. (2006 Code § 8-1-10)
