4-2-3: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and each day during which any such violation shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense. (2006 Code § 6-7-3)
