3-3-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any of the businesses described in section 3-3-2 of this chapter without first having obtained a license and paid the applicable license fee as required by section 3-3-2 of this chapter. (2006 Code § 3-1-2)
