The following amusement license fees are imposed upon persons who offer the public the following designated types of services:
A. Proprietors of establishments using pool or billiard tables shall pay the sum of sixty five dollars ($65.00) annually, payable on April 1 of each year.
B. Carnival operators shall pay the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day for each day of operation.
C. Proprietors of bowling alley establishments shall pay the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per alley, payable annually on April 1 of each year.
D. Proprietors of establishments in which any gaming or amusement device is located shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each device, payable annually on April 1 of each year. This subsection is not applicable to any device or machine which provides only musical entertainment. (2006 Code § 3-1-2; amd. Ord. 2022-8, 9-19-2022)
