§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person violates a section, division, paragraph or provision of this chapter when he or she performs an act thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or fails to act when the failure is thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor except as otherwise stated in specific provisions hereof.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 110.26, M.S. §§ 609.75 through 609.763, inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time; or M.S. §§ 349.11 through 349.21, as they may be amended from time to time; or any rules promulgated under those sections, as they may be amended from time to time, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, plus in either case the costs of prosecution. In addition, violations shall be reported to the Board and recommendation shall be made for suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an organization’s license.
