§ 92.18 POLICE DOGS, SERVICE DOGS EXEMPT.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to the ownership or use of service animals used by disabled persons, or dogs used in police activities of the city, such as canine corps or tracking dogs used by or with the permission of the Council.
