§ 52.10 SECONDARY CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   As used in this chapter, a SECONDARY CONNECTION means a connection with the water service line to another building rather than directly to the water main. Secondary connections are hereby prohibited. Existing secondary connections shall be abandoned within 90 days after receipt of written notice to both property owners. If this remedial action is not taken, water service to both properties shall be shut off and discontinued.
