AN ACT TO INCORPORATE IN THE TOWN OF VARNAMTOWN; SUBJECT TO A REFERENDUM
   The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
   Section 1. A charter is enacted for the Town of Varnamtown to read:

FOR THE TOWN OF VARNAMTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA
