   This Zoning Code of the City of Des Plaines, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance M-5-24, passed April 1, 2024, and ordinance Z-32-23, passed November 20, 2023. Ordinances of the City adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Zoning Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Zoning Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
