SEC. 11.5.12. DELEGATION OF COUNCIL'S AUTHORITY TO CONSENT TO EXTENSIONS OF TIME FOR COUNCIL ACTION.

   Where extensions on the City Council's time to act on a matter may be granted by mutual consent of an applicant and the City Council, the Council President or the Council President's councilmember designee may consent to a time extension on behalf of the City Council.
