§ 34.66 INVESTING OFFICER.

The Director of the Department of Finance and Records is hereby designated as the town's Investing Officer ("Investing Officer") and is hereby authorized to invest town funds in authorized funds or any fund that state statutes, as amended, may deem or consider an authorized fund prior to the expiration of this policy.
