§ 76.05 APPROVED TOWN STREETS.

   (A)   All golf carts in compliance with the requirements of this chapter and possessing a valid operators permit which shall be issued annually by the Police Department may be operated upon town streets.

   (B)   Notwithstanding division (A) above, the following shall be considered prohibited streets:

      (1)   106th Street;

      (2)   116th Street;

      (3)   300 South;

      (4)   96th Street;

      (5)   975 East;

      (6)   Ash Street only from the portion of Mulberry Street to Maple Street;

      (7)   Elm Street only from the portion of Willow Street to Willow Road;

      (8)   First Street;

      (9)   Ford Road;

      (10)   Maple Street only from the portion of Ash Street to Willow Street;

      (11)   Mulberry Street;

      (12)   Oak Street only from the portion of First Street to the corporate town limit;

      (13)   Sycamore Street only from the portion of First Street to Michigan Road;

      (14)   Whitestown Road;

      (15)   Willow Road;

      (16)   Willow Street;

      (17)   Zionsville Road;

      (18)   Main Street from 106th Street to Sycamore Street.

   (C)   For purposes of this chapter, the term STREET only includes such streets in the urban district of the town.

   (D)   An operator may cross a prohibited street, at right angles, in order to travel from one town street to another town street when the operation can be done safely.
