(A) NDPRC shall meet, after appropriate public notice, upon the call of the chair. Upon determination that there is merit to a filed claim, the chair shall call a meeting no less than 30 days after receipt of the complaint. Completion of a report and determination on the claim by the committee shall be provided within 45 days after first meeting. An extension of an additional 30 days can be granted by the chair if requested by the committee.
(B) The NDPRC shall report its activities in the form of official minutes and documents or an annual report, at least one time per year, to the Town Council.
