§ 99.27 ENTRY ONTO PRIVATE LAND.
   Any duly authorization officers in the course of their duties in enforcing this chapter shall have the privilege of entering onto private land provided the officer has probable cause that a violation of this chapter has occurred, but said officer shall not enter into any building or dwelling without permission or authorization.
