§ 130.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MINOR. A person who is under the age of 21 years.
   OWNER. A person either holding title to, leasing, residing in or in any way having a possessory interest in real estate within the town.
