§ 113.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any owner or operator who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Violations of any of the permit requirements of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of carriage permit issued under this section.
