§ 113.04 LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   (A)   Before a license required under this chapter shall be issued or renewed, the applicant therefor shall post or maintain with the Clerk-Treasurer of the town an indemnity bond or a policy of public liability insurance, approved as to form by the Town Attorney, with the limits to be $100,000 for the death and/or injury of one person, $300,000 for total liability for death or personal injury arising out of any one event or occurrence. In addition, said policy or bond shall provide for $25,000 for property damage.
   (B)   The bond or policy of insurance shall be maintained in its original amount by the permitee in full force and effect and at all times during the period for which the permit is in effect. The bond or proof of insurance shall be filed as a necessary requirement of the permit process and shall subject the permitee to cancellation of this permit in the event that a lapse occurs.
