Where it is necessary for operator to cut through any yards in order to reach a subscriber, the operator shall restore yards, bushes, trees and shrubs to their original condition prior to the installation of the service to the subscriber. All manner and method of hookup to the subscriber will be done in a neat and workmanlike manner.
