§ 111.13 EMERGENCY USE OF FACILITIES.
   In case of any disaster, duly declared by the Council, the operator shall, upon request by the Council, make available to the town for emergency use during the disaster period all facilities not necessary to the operator fulfilling its other legal obligations.
