§ 110.09 LICENSE DETAIL.
   (A)   The Police Department may refuse to issue a license hereunder, only if it finds that:
      (1)   The applicant has violated this chapter within two years prior to the application;
      (2)   The applicant falsifies any information on the application; or
      (3)   The applicant is found to have been convicted of a felony or any action constituting an offenses against the person, under I.C. 35-42, an offense against property, under I.C. 35-43, or an offense against public health, order and decency, under I.C. 35-45.
   (B)   Before issuing any license pursuant to this chapter, the Town Police Department shall make an investigation as deemed appropriate to determine whether the license shall be issued.
   (C)   The Police Department shall make a determination within seven days of the date of application. No license shall be issued prior to the close of the seventh day following receipt of the application.
   (D)   An applicant denied a license hereunder by the Town Police Department may obtain, by appeal of such denial, a hearing before the Town Council.
