§ 100.31 SPACING OF TREES.
   (A)   No tree shall be planted in any public right-of-way, street, alley or way within the town less than the following planted in any public right-of-way, street, alley or way within the town:
      (1)   Forty feet on center of linear distance from any other tree (if deciduous shade [overstory] trees are used); or
      (2)   Twenty-five feet on center of linear distance from any other tree (if deciduous ornamental [understory] trees are used).
   (B)   The minimum size of all required landscape plant materials, at the time of planting, shall comply with the plant sizes listed below.
